Privacy Policy

We do not share any information pertaining to visitors to this site with any third party.

The only exception is that we reserve the right to share information pertaining to hacking or illegal activities with law enforcement.

We maintain separate access and data query logs. These are retained for seven days through rotation. We reserve the right to retain log content that is specific to hacking or illegal activities indefinitely.

With respect to the DNSBL, We will retain original mail logs for a period of two years. We will maintain two years of DNSBL adds and rejections in a database. We began retaining these records on January 5, 2005. Data associated with listed IP addresses is available to the general public without charge.

Communications received via contact or DNSBL removal forms is considered private and confidential. DNSBL removal requests which, in our exclusive judgment, are either threatening or harassing may be made public.
