Most providers' Terms of Service prohibit abusive, inflammatory, indecent, inaccurate or defamatory content. FSS spams Usenet groups with thousands of commercial posts to drive traffic to the site.

Notify the Texas Attorney General

If FreeSpeechStore is providing knowingly defamatory and inaccurate content — without a shred of evidence — in order to generate revenues, that is a scam. If Scoville demands compensation in response to a demand to remove defamatory content, that's probably extortion.
